Master of his heart (Brielle and Max)

Chapter 1350

Premier Palace.

After exhausting herself in the tunnels and battling jet lag, Brielle spent two days upstairs, barely able to move a muscle. But on the second day, she sprang back to life, her cheeks glowing with vitality. Wesley's eyes lit up when he saw her coming downstairs. "She's back in action!"

"Ms. Brielle, how about I whip up some soup to get you back on your feet?" he offered, his tone filled with eager care.

Hearing this, Brielle couldn't help but chuckle. Her gaze then drifted to Isaac, lounging on the couch. What's going on here? Isaac seemed to have gained a few pounds, his cheeks noticeably fuller. Her eyes then found Noir, sprawled nearby. Good lord! Noir had ballooned into a hefty beast! Could he even sprint in this shape?

Brielle, both amused and concerned, asked, "Wesley, what on earth have you been feeding Noir?"

Wesley couldn't hide his pride. "Noir was looking a bit lean, so I had a nutritionist whip up a special weight-gain diet. Didn't expect him to pack on twenty pounds so quickly. Look at those paws, aren't they bigger?"

Noir, sensing the topic of conversation, lazily rolled over, his belly fat jiggling. Is this what happens when you leave pets with the elderly? It hadn't been that long. "Wesley, Noir still needs to keep up his hunting skills. Let's not feed him like this anymore. He needs to slim down. Take him for walks around Premier Palace."

Given the size of Premier Palace, especially the two-acre garden, there was plenty of space for Noir to stretch his legs. Otherwise, he'd truly turn into a black hog!

Wesley looked a bit downcast, having taken great pride in fattening up his charges. "Alright then," he said, his tone tinged with regret. Not wanting to hurt his feelings, Brielle quickly added, "But making some soup for me sounds wonderful. I've really drained myself recently."

Wesley's eyes lit up as he hurried into the kitchen, instructing the chefs to get busy. Brielle chuckled, settling into the couch, and playfully pinched Isaac's cheek. "Been keeping yourself entertained at home, or did you venture out for some fun?" Isaac shook his head, his eyes gleaming at her. "Brielle, did you rest well?"

Melted by his adorable gaze, Brielle couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with affection. "I'm much better now, slept plenty. Sorry for worrying you."

Isaac blushed, awkwardly looking away. "It's okay, as long as you're fine. I'm happy."

Brielle hugged him tightly, planting kisses on his cheeks. "Would you like me to take you to an amusement park? You've been cooped up here for too long."

The idea of visiting an amusement park sparked interest in Isaac, despite never having considered it before. "Sure, Brielle."

His eyes sparkled with excitement. Brielle thought how those eyes had the power to make anyone want to give him the world. "Great, I'll talk to your dad and see which park we should visit."

Without delay, she called King, who was at the airport welcoming Dustin. Dustin, upon hearing Brielle had ventured into danger, couldn't stay put and rushed over, leaving Infinity Brilliance's affairs to his father. With their mother, Sarah, also resting at home, Dustin decided to come alone this time.

"Hey, bro," King greeted him, though Dustin only responded with a dry chuckle before getting into the car, ignoring him.

Oblivious, King announced, "We're heading to Premier Palace. Brielle should be up by now."

Dustin felt a twinge of envy seeing King's excitement, lamenting that his sister was already becoming part of

another family. "Really? Moving in together before the wedding?"

A shadow of sadness crossed King's face. "The wedding... we'll have to wait a few more days for that."
