the miserable life of a miserable teenager

you lost me there

Once I’ve felt unwanted, you don’t get to want me. “You can’t expect me to be able to come over everyday.”

Fair enough, but you lost me there.

That was the moment, I crumbled in shame and realized all this time, you’d been held captive. Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.

I guess I wanted to see you everyday, because I was so shocked I actually wanted to see you.

A person who got me, never offended me and made me feel actually heard.

However, you stopped listening. Stopped wanting to hear the truth when you asked how I was.

How could I do this you?

Make you see the face of a letdown every single day for nearly two years.

Almost made it, would’ve been a record friendship for me. Not for you, though.

While a joint slips from my fingers, you’re gone.

Maybe you’re here for the occasional “you busy today?”, even though we both know I’m not, I’ll say yes like a ghost you used to know.

To you it’s a minor argument,

yet in that minor argument, you revealed your true feelings.

You lost me there.
